• Aries Chan grew up in a small town in Malaysia before marrying and settling down in Singapore with 3 adorable kids. As a kampung girl and having to live and taste all food made from scratch in her kampung, she acquired a passion for authentic food which was genuinely delicious prepared from scratch with fresh, wholesome ingredients.
    Determined to preserve the culinary heritage she cherished, she set out on a mission to bring back the authenticity she so deeply missed. She began by creating Nasi Lemak Indulgence in year 2018, a brand-new concept where creativity met tradition and introduce nasi lemak cake.
    With encouragement from her growing customer base, Aries decided it was time to take her passion beyond her home kitchen. In 2021, she embarked on her hawker journey, opening her first flagship stall at Tiong Bahru Hawker Center. Named The Coco Rice, the stall became an instant hit, offering a fresh perspective on blue pea nasi lemak that resonated with both locals and tourists alike. 
    A year later in 2022, Aries expanded her brand by opening another outlet at One Punggol Hawker Center. This time, she introduced nasi kandar, another Malaysian favorite, to her menu.
    The 3 years of hawker journey were more than just a business endeavor for Aries; they were a journey of growth, resilience, and gratitude. Each day brought new challenges and opportunities, and she embraced them all, grateful for the priceless experience.
    Now, with a wealth of experience and a steadfast commitment to her vision, Aries is ready to take Coco Indulgence to new heights. She aims to introduce a wider range of products. Coco Indulgence is not just about food; it's about offering an authentic taste, convenience, experience and wholesome quality food to each household, from Singapore to the world.
